The following discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices of C Ray Connect, (which is referred to as “C Ray Connect”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). Why did you receive a mailing from us?

Our email marketing is permission based. Information Use and Collection

We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone for their promotional use without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information, and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications and emarketing with you.

C Ray Connect collects information at several different points at our store locations, off store locations and on our web site. For each visitor to our web pages, our web server automatically recognizes and collects only the visitor's domain name or IP address, aggregate information on what pages visitors access, information volunteered by the visitor, such as survey information or email address related to permission-based subscription to our email alerts, enewsletters, and promotional emails, and logins to access portions of the site related to their C Ray Connect account. The information we collect is used to create demographic profiles of our subscribers, customers, and visitors so we can improve the content of our web site, email alerts and emarketing efforts.

Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

Some of our web pages, and some of our partners and clients, utilize cookies and other tracking technologies, such as a single pixel gif, to record session information. C Ray Connect uses single-pixel gif images to count web page accesses and gather some general statistical information such as if an email has been opened or read. Collected information is tied to the users’ personally identifiable information to provide offers and improve the content of the site for the user. This profile is used to tailor a user’s visit to our web site, and to direct pertinent marketing promotions to them. We do not share your profile with other third parties.

C Ray Connect’s web site, or messages created with C Ray Connect, may contain links to other web sites. C Ray Connect is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such other web sites. Third parties may independently collect information about web site visitors when they view ads or other communications from third parties through C Ray Connect products or services. If visitors do not want those companies to collect information about them, they should contact these companies directly.

Confidentiality and Security

C Ray Connect will not use, rent, sell, transfer, or otherwise expose the contents of the tracking information resulting from click through, message opened, message read, or eCommerce conversions.

Opt-Out and Update of Information

Changes to this Privacy Policy

C Ray Connect will post any Privacy Policy changes on our site at least three (3) days prior to its taking effect. If at any point we decide to use personal information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify subscribers and ask them for permission before using their personal data.
